Global Power Shift is an international movement to raise public awareness of climate change. 500 young leaders from all over the world met in Istanbul in June and went home to implement their ideas:

Yes! After proposing their ideas to 'Global Power Shift', the young leaders receive a fund to take home and implement their projects. A lot of projects are related to a local cause, such as protests against government collusion with fossil fuel companies in Brazil, or Canadians dressed up similar to TransCanada employees in order to get through to the public in their controversial Energy East Pipeline events.
